Product Return Policy – MEMO

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the acquired product within 5 (five) calendar days of receiving it, without providing any reason or justification. After this period, the customer loses the right to request a return.
  2. Before returning the product, the customer is required to contact MEMO administration regarding the return request:
  1. When returning a product, the customer must provide the following:
    – All accompanying items and documents received at the time of purchase;
    – Undamaged original packaging;
    – All accessories and related items.
  2. Upon submission of the documents specified in clause 3.4.3, MEMO’s platform administration will contact the customer within 24 hours to coordinate the return process or notify the customer whether the product is eligible for return.
  3. If the product is eligible for return, the refund will be issued to the customer no later than 5 business days after the return of the product.
  4. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless the customer consents to another method.
  5. A product is not eligible for return if:
    7.1. The product is perishable;
    7.2. The product’s packaging is damaged after delivery;
    7.3. The customer fails to provide the complete documentation and information required under clause 3.4.3.
  6. If, due to the customer’s fault, the product cannot be delivered at the specified time or address, the MEMO team will attempt to contact the customer to clarify the delivery details. If re-contacting the customer is not possible or the delivery fails again, MEMO reserves the right to cancel the order after 10 days and refund the paid amount no later than 5 business days after the cancellation.
